What is St. Luke's Guest Pay?
St. Luke's Guest Pay is a free online bill payment service powered by VisitPay to conveniently pay your healthcare bills.
Do I need a login?
A login is not required.
How much does it cost to make a payment online?
This service is offered by your provider free of charge.
Where does the money go when I submit a payment?
Your payment is routed electronically to your provider’s financial institution.
Which browsers do you support?
For the best web experience, we recommend that you use the most recent version of your browser. If you need to install the latest version, select your browser from our list.

Is there a St. Luke's Guest Pay app available for my smartphone?
St. Luke's Guest Pay will conform to mobile and web formats – either may be used to submit payments.
What information do I need to make an electronic payment?
Having the following information available will make your online payment convenient:
  • Guarantor # of the bill you want to pay electronically (located on your statement)
  • Payment method information (for the bank account or credit card you will use to pay your bill)
What is a guarantor?
A guarantor is the person legally responsible for the balance owed on the health care services provided.
The balance due on my bill does not seem to be right. What should I do?
Contact St. Luke's at (208)706-5999 or (844)535-1293 for all questions about your account balance.
What if I am unable to pay my balance in full?
You can make partial payments via St. Luke's Guest Pay; however, partial payments will not stop the collection process on any remaining balances. You may create a St. Luke's Bill Pay account by visiting https://www.stlukesbillpay.com/. St. Luke's Bill Pay offers several payment options, such as scheduling payments in full or setting up an affordable, longer-term finance plan. You may also contact St. Luke's at (208)706-5999 or (844)535-1293. St. Luke's has a financial care policy to aid those who meet established criteria and need assistance in paying the costs of their health care.
What type of payments do you accept?
We currently accept any credit or debit card with a MasterCard, Visa, Discover Network or American Express logo.
How do I know my payment is complete?
After paying a bill, you will see a payment confirmation page indicating that payment is complete. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide during the payment process.
Can I print a copy of my receipt?
Yes, it's easy to print a copy of your receipt. Simply click save or print from the payment confirmation screen.
Can I cancel my payment after it’s confirmed?
Once you submit your payment, it cannot be changed or canceled through St. Luke's Guest Pay. To cancel a payment, contact St. Luke's at (208)706-5999 or (844)535-1293.
